There is nothing worse than needing to go to the bathroom, but feeling too ashamed to call for help because you don't want to feel degraded or unwanted. Not having a bowel movement can cause bowel blockage and the collection of pollution in the body. Don't make patients feel ashamed of going to the bathroom, it's crucial to their health.

Be ready to explain your daily job routine to patients and their loved ones. Nurses and other healthcare staff are not able to stay at their desk most of the time, and this doesn't go unnoticed. Guests are more understanding than you think they
Educate patients and their loved ones on why you use certain medical supplies or products. This prevents patients and loved from using their own healthcare methods that are not recommended by the hospital or physicians.
