Fake Nurse Who Cared for Bobbi Kristina is Indicted

fake nurse indicted

The fake nurse who cared for Bobbi Kristina at Gwinnett County hospice  has been indicted.

32-year-old Taiwo Bolatito Sobamowo was indicted on Wednesday by a Gwinnett grand jury. She is charged with one count of identity fraud and two counts of practicing as a registered nurse without a license.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was the 22-year-old daughter of the late singer Whitney Houston. Sobamowo worked at the Duluth's Peachtree Christian Hospice at the same time as Brown was a patient there.

Sobamowo was terminated by the facility when she couldn't provide proof of a professional nurse license

In 2013  The District of Columbia Board of Nursing alerted the public that Sobamowo was using another nurse's nursing license to apply for employment at various medical facilities in Washington, D.C.

On October 31st ,2015 she was booked into the Gwinnett County jail and she remains there today.

Usually, an  indictment means a grand jury found enough evidence for the case to go to trial.  A hearing follows and if the defendent chooses to plead not guilty the case will go to trial.
