This recipe for the Irish green shake has a fraction of the calories and is truly healthy. It takes around ten minutes to prepare and serves 2 people.
1 c baby spinach
½ c frozen Kefir or low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
½ banana, chopped
½ c honeydew chunks
½ c fresh orange or tangerine juice
¼ c fresh mint leaves + sprigs for garnish
Blend all the ingredients till smooth in a blender, pour into two glasses and enjoy!
